Fake people, not even close enough to be made plastic.
Fake friends, lovers, just all fake.
Everything is uglier up close.

I cannot do this because I am afraid of failure
I cannot fall in love because I am afraid of getting hurt
I cannot approach this girl/boy because I am afraid of being rejected
I cannot follow my dream because dreams don’t pay the bills.

 

People are so afraid of the unknown, afraid of getting hurt, loving, living, trying new things.

I do understand that people always let other people down, it’s a normality this days.
Someone promises to always be there, love you but after a while they get bored and they cheat on you.
Or someone who is supposed to be your friend, goes behind your back and betrays you.
But so what,as Drake said you only live once, take a risk, stop playing safe, stop being fake. Search for love, get hurt and learn, search for something greater.
We should all try not to be fake, what’s the point of being alive if you don’t at least try to do something remarkable.

As put in the movie Paper_Towns, if you don’t imagine, nothing ever happens at all.
